At Myekashmir Travels, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience with both our products and services. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.


RETURNS

If you would like to return a product (excluding custom-made items), please contact us promptly. You can reach us on our official Facebook or Instagram page, or via:

Terms & Conditions for Return:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the return is processed.
  • Products must be returned within 1 day of delivery.
  • Returned items should be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • All returns must include original tags, packaging materials, courier receipts, invoices, and any other accompanying documents.
  • We will not accept damaged or soiled items for return.
  • Myekashmir Travels is not responsible for any damage that occurs during return transit.
  • Goods once sold can only be returned if they meet our return terms and conditions.
  • If you wish to exchange a product for an alternative item, please return the product for a refund and place a new order. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

TOUR PACKAGE CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

If you have booked a tour package with Myekashmir Travels and need to cancel, please follow these guidelines:

  • Cancellations within 2 days of booking: Full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Cancellations made after 2 days of booking: A partial refund may be issued based on the cancellation policies of our service providers and other associated costs.
  • Last-minute cancellations: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour start date may not be eligible for a refund, depending on our terms with accommodation, transport, and activity providers.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE/WRONG PRODUCTS

Please verify the products and quantities upon delivery. If you find any discrepancies or damage to the package, please leave a remark with the delivery service provider.

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or the wrong item:

  • Provide detailed information regarding the defect or issue with the product.
  • Our team will verify the defect and, if approved, arrange a replacement. We will cover the shipping costs for the return and replacement.
  • If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

CANCELLATION OF PRODUCTS

Orders cannot be canceled once they are processed. However, if a cancellation request is made before processing, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
