a) Your contract in respect of your holiday and product purchases is made with Myekashmir Travels (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), registered in India, and all bookings and purchases are subject to these terms and conditions.
b) All communications by Myekashmir Travels in relation to your holiday or product purchase will be sent to the address stated on the booking or order form.
c) All bookings and product orders must be made through an authorised representative of Myekashmir Travels. At the time of booking or ordering, the Myekashmir Travels booking or order form must be completed and submitted together with a deposit of 50% of the total cost.
d) Receipt of the deposit and booking or order form by Myekashmir Travels does neither guarantee nor imply confirmation of the booking or order. No booking or order shall be confirmed until Myekashmir Travels issues a written notice. Myekashmir Travels reserves the right to refuse a booking or order without giving any reason and shall in that event return any deposit received.
e) For holiday bookings, payment must be made in full at least 30 days before the departure date. If payment is not received by the due date, Myekashmir Travels reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit. The person who signs the booking form guarantees payment of the total amount. It is the responsibility of the signatory to ensure Myekashmir Travels receives payment in full by the due date. No reminders will be sent.
f) For holiday bookings made within 30 days of the departure date, payment must be made in full at the time of booking.
g) All special requests, such as dietary requirements, should be noted on the Myekashmir Travels booking form.
h) Myekashmir Travels will provide the service or products as set out and confirmed in writing.

Company’s Responsibilities
a) Myekashmir Travels does not own or manage any third-party facilities such as hotels, restaurants, or vehicles. While we strive to select reliable providers, we do not represent or inspect every facility and thus cannot be held responsible for their performance.
b) Myekashmir Travels is not liable if you or any member of your party suffers death, illness, or injury due to any failure to perform or improper performance of our contract with you if such failure is caused by (i) the acts or omissions of any party member, (ii) third parties unrelated to the tour arrangement, or (iii) events beyond our control.
c) Should you suffer illness, injury, or death during any activity not forming part of the arranged holiday, Myekashmir Travels cannot accept liability. General assistance may be offered where appropriate.
Your Responsibilities
a) You are responsible for arranging your travel insurance, though an appropriate policy can be included in your tour package. Proof of insurance policies must be provided on the booking form.
b) You must have a valid passport, visas, and all necessary documentation. Myekashmir Travels accepts no responsibility for delays or expenses due to inadequate documents.
c) Myekashmir Travels cannot accept responsibility for missed flights due to late check-ins, and no credit or refunds will be given if you fail to use any holiday component.
d) By booking a holiday or product with Myekashmir Travels, you agree to behave in an orderly manner that does not disrupt the enjoyment of others or harm our reputation.
Excursions and Activities
a) Myekashmir Travels provides information on local activities and excursions but does not manage these services. They are provided by third parties and are not part of your contract with Myekashmir Travels. Any claims should be directed to the local operator.
Complaints
a) If you encounter any issues with services while on holiday, immediately notify the local supplier. If unresolved, contact Myekashmir Travels at the earliest opportunity.
b) If unsatisfied with our handling of your complaint, write to Myekashmir Travels within 28 days of your return, including your booking reference and relevant details for a timely response.
Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India and fall under the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
