RETURNS
If you would like to return a product (excluding custom-made items), please contact us within 1 day of receiving your order. You can reach us on our official Facebook or Instagram page, or via:
Refunds will be issued directly to your original payment method once the return is processed.
Products must be returned to us within 1 day from the date of delivery.
Returned items should be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
All returns must include original tags, packaging materials, courier receipts, invoices, and any other accompanying documents.
We will not accept damaged or soiled items for return.
Myekashmir Travels is not responsible for any damage that occurs during return transit.
Goods once sold can only be returned if they meet our terms and conditions.
If you wish to exchange a product for an alternative item, return the product for a refund and place a new order. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and the return shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility.
DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE/WRONG PRODUCTS
Please verify the products and quantities upon delivery. If you find any discrepancies or damage to the package, please leave a remark with the delivery service provider.
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or the wrong item:

Provide detailed information regarding the defect or issue with the product.
Our team will verify the defect and, if approved, arrange a replacement. We will cover the shipping costs for the return and replacement.
If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
CANCELLATION
Orders cannot be canceled once they are processed. However, if a cancellation request is made before processing, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
